1. Inputs, outputs, and human judgment
You are responsible for input, instructions, context, and attachments submitted to AI features, and must have authority to use them with the chosen feature. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Independently review output before using, publishing, sharing, or acting on it. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, investment, hiring, credit, safety, or other high-risk decisions.
2. Sensitive information and third-party models
Unless you have confirmed a processing basis, permissions, and appropriate safeguards, do not submit highly sensitive personal information, authentication credentials, private keys, regulated data, trade secrets, or third-party confidential information to AI features.
AI features may depend on third-party models or infrastructure. Their processing, availability, and limitations may change. Choose whether to use a feature based on content sensitivity and comply with applicable third-party rules.
3. Prohibited use and availability
Do not use AI summary or translation features to generate, spread, or assist unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious-code, security-evasion, or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
AI summary and translation features may be limited by capacity, rate, model, region, test status, or security policy. Doco may adjust, restrict, or discontinue those features and does not guarantee particular output, models, or continuous availability.
4. Feedback and contact
If AI output presents an apparent safety, privacy, infringement, or quality issue, stop relying on it and send the necessary context to [email protected].
If these supplementary terms are updated, continued use of relevant AI features may require renewed confirmation of the new version.
